How to book a room at The Plaza Hotel

1. Employee Rates (EMEE) and Friends & Family Rates (RELA) are available at The Plaza Hotel located near Honolulu International Airport
2. Employees are eligible for EMEE and RELA rates
3. Family members are eligible for RELA rates only

5. Bookings are accepted via fax only. Click for the fax reservation form.

7. The form will be faxed back to you with a reservation confirmation number
8. Present signed confirmation with your employee ID at check-in
9. Friends and family traveling without an employee must present their reservation confirmation signed by the employee's supervisor or department head, and an ID
10. EMEE rates will not be honored without signed confirmation and valid ID

How to book a room at Outrigger Hotels and Resorts

1. 予約は前日までに行うことができます45到着日の前日。 
2. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking are allowed at the EMEE or RELA rates.

4. 従業員は EMEE または RELA を予約できます。
5. 従業員なしで旅行する友人や家族は、RELA のみを予約できます。
6. ご旅行日に EMEE と RELA のレートが利用できない場合は、デイリー レートが提供されます。
7. ウェブサイトで予約を完了し、予約確認書のコピーを印刷します。
8. 完了アウトリガー従業員予約承認書人事部または事務局から承認を得てください。
9. At check-in, eligible employees, immediate family members, extended family members and friends will need to present signed authorization form and hotel reservation confirmation.
10. EMEE  and RELA rates will NOT be honored without signed authorization form.

1. Friends & Family Rates are available at Embassy Suites – Waikiki Beach Walk
2. If Friends & Family Rates are not available for your travel dates, Best Available Rates will be offered.
3. Bookings can be made no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival date
4. ご予約はFAXのみとなります。 FAX予約フォームはこちら
5. Complete the form including department head signature and fax to 808-931-3530
6. The form will be faxed back to you with a reservation confirmation number and hotel general manager's signature

How to book a room at Airport Honolulu Hotel

1. Use the booking tool at the top of this page to enter the appropriate promo code as follows
   - Enter promo code EMEE for Employee Rates* then click Check Availability to continue booking
   - Or enter promo code RELA for Family Rates** then click Check Availability to continue booking

4. Complete the booking and print out a copy of your reservation confirmation
