Any amendment (e.g. name, gender, number of guests, route, flights, room type, cabin class, etc) is not allowed after you make a reservation.
Even if there is a typo or misspelling in your name or First name and Last name in wrong sequences on air tickets, no amendment will be allowed.  

*The cancellation fee would be charged according to the cancellation policy.
**Please note that when you rebook, there is a possibility that the flights and accommodation are already fully booked. In addition, since our package tour rate is market priced, the tour rate may differ from the one you booked first when you rebook even if the itinerary is the same.

You and your companion on the same reservation must travel together. If you would like to book a different itinerary from your companion, please make reservations separately.

Unfortunately, you cannot book multiple rooms at once with a flight+hotel package. If you would like to reserve multiple rooms, please make a reservation separately for the number of rooms you need.

*Since our package tour rate is market priced, the tour rate would differ depending on when you make your reservation even if the itinerary is the same.
*Please note that there is a possibility that it will be fully booked after you make the first reservation, and you are not able to make another reservation for your group.
*Some hotels offer connecting room plans, so please consider the option as well.

When you book a hotel+flight package plan, it is not able to confirm your booking on the hotel website.

Please confirm your reservation on “My Reservation” (booking confirmation page) which is indicated in the email we send after you make a reservation.

Also there is no hotel reservation number and password for our package plans. Please provide our reference number and the name of representative at check-in.
