      Vida Health is a free benefit through OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, which gives you access to a coach who can help you feel happier and healthier. All hosts, their spouses/domestic partners and dependents 18+ enrolled in the HMSA medical plan that have been diagnosed with diabetes are eligible for Vida health coaching at no charge.

      Vida works with you to tailor a plan to fit your specific needs, helping with goals like losing weight, managing or preventing diabetes, improving nutrition and exercise, and lowering your blood pressure or cholesterol.

      ハローハートは命の恩人です！数か月前に心臓疾患と診断されたとき、ハローハートについて質問しました。

      It is a little compact blood pressure machine. Just add the Hello Heart application to your phone.

      The Hello Heart machine takes your blood pressure and it goes directly to your phone. You do not need to write anything down. It can store a month of blood pressure at a time. This is so convenient, when having to show your blood pressure numbers to your doctor. You can print, email or fax this information to your doctor. This machine can even detect irregular heartbeats! Hello Heart can track your weight, activity, cholesterol and has reminders to take your medication.
